Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment. All appointments will begin and end on time so the next guest will not be delayed.
New clients will be required to fill out all necessary paperwork pertaining to consent for treatment and health conditions. At that time, please advise your therapist of any concerns you may have or questions about which treatments are best for you.
Gratuities may be given to your therapist or technician
in appreciation of outstanding service.
Treatments are reserved especially for you.
A credit card will be required to reserve your appointment.
We kindly request a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule.
If less than a 24 hour notice is given, a payment for 50% of the service is required.
No calls, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.
A Pay-Pal invoice for the amount owed will be emailed to the address associated with one's account and will need to be paid before any further appointments can be scheduled.
